Purchasers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@hourcaliper.online with the order reference and the email used at checkout.
Process and exceptions
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method after verification. Requests outside the 30-day window, duplicate claims for the same order, or clear payment fraud may be declined. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Brazilian law are not limited by this page.
