Hour Caliper (“the desk”) processes limited personal data when a person emails support@hourcaliper.online or when server logs record technical access data. The desk is operated from Brazil with email-only support and no public physical visitor address.
Data collected
- Email content and address supplied voluntarily in a message.
- Standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) that hosting providers may retain for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies strictly needed for delivery when a separate authenticated product path requires them; editorial pages do not require a marketing cookie wall.

Messages are processed to reply to requests. Logs support security and integrity. Where consent is required for a non-essential cookie, consent is requested before that cookie is set.
Retention, sharing, rights
Support email is retained as needed to complete the request and for a limited archive. Processors such as email and hosting providers may process data on behalf of the desk. Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (including ANPD in Brazil).
